1. Service Terms Agreement

Management of user credentials is your personal responsibility. Registration requires providing accurate and truthful information. Report any unusual account activity immediately upon discovery. Liability for losses due to poor credential management falls on you.

5. Virtual Asset Limitations

Virtual asset limitations include zero real-world value for all currency. Coins, chips, and credits exist for entertainment purposes only. They cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash or tangible items. Account termination leads to forfeiture without any reimbursement.

6. Violation Consequences Policy

Violation consequences policy addresses cheating, hacking, bug exploitation, automation, harassment, and multi-accounting. These activities compromise platform integrity and are prohibited. Consequences include immediate account suspension or permanent ban without warning.

7. Protected Brand Assets

All brand assets, including logos, graphics, game designs, and software, are protected intellectual property. Ownership belongs to our company or licensed partners. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution without written approval may result in legal proceedings.

8. Liability Waiver Provision

Our liability waiver provision excludes responsibility for platform-related damages. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses. This includes virtual currency loss, data loss, or revenue impact. Your sole remedy is to discontinue our services.

9. Service Alteration Policy

Policy regarding service alterations permits modification, suspension, or discontinuation without prior notification. We may terminate or suspend accounts for any reason including terms violations. No compensation is provided for service changes or account closures.

10. Issue Resolution Framework

Our framework for resolving issues requires contacting support through official channels. Expected response time is 5-7 business days for all communications. Disputes undergo mandatory good-faith negotiation before escalating to alternative remedies.
